VividWall
Terms of Use
Using the site
By using VividWall you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You agree to use it lawfully and not to disrupt it, for example by overloading it with automated requests, probing it for vulnerabilities, or trying to reach the admin area without authorisation.
Wallpapers and licenses
Wallpapers are provided for downloading and personal use as desktop or device backgrounds. Each wallpaper may have its own author, source and license, which are shown on its page where known. Those details decide how an image may be reused. Where no license is recorded, no reuse permission has been verified. Availability on this site does not grant a license; check with the rights holder before reusing the image.
Characters, logos, brand names and other trademarks that appear in images belong to their owners. Their appearance on VividWall does not give you any rights to them.
Submitting a wallpaper
When you create an account and submit a wallpaper, you confirm that you own it or have permission to share it, and that the details you provide are accurate. You give VividWall a non-exclusive permission to host, display and offer the image for download on the site, and to create resized copies for previews and thumbnails. You keep ownership of your work. Follow the upload rules, keep creator signatures and watermarks intact, and provide the original source and creator name where known. We may reject or remove any submission at our discretion, and you can ask us to remove one of your submissions at any time through the contact page.
Copyright complaints
If you believe content on VividWall infringes your rights, follow the steps on the copyright notice page. We may remove material or restrict accounts or submissions linked to repeated infringement.
Third-party links and advertising
Wallpaper pages may link to external sources, and the site may show advertising from third parties. We do not control those sites or advertisers and are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We try to keep information accurate, including resolutions, sources and licenses, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or error-free, or that the site will always be available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VividWall and its operator are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from downloaded files. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the bottom of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
